Spain one of the favorites for EURO 2020

Coach of the national team of Spain Luis Enrique Martinez recognizes the potential of his own group and aware that they are favorites to win the whole EURO 2020 competition. Coach Martinez knowing the perspective of the Spanish fans gives him nothing but excitement and drive towards representing their home country to play against the rest of competing teams around the world.

Spain starts the group stage against Sweden first on July 15, 2020 and Poland on July 20, 2020. This group E favors Spain in route to advance with the upcoming games they’ll be dealing with. Seeing their past head-to-head meetings; Spain holds 7 wins, 5 draws, and 3 losses against Sweden while 8 wins, 1 draw, and 1 lost game against Poland. Last 2012 was their most recent success in getting the Euro title back then, now they aspire to grab it once again.

Despite the Spaniards didn’t feat on the best possible position from last time, Martinez remains positive for the national team recognized as one of top football teams across the whole world.

While the EURO 2020 is still months away, the team prepares themselves with upcoming fixtures as follows; on March 23 against Germany to be played at their own land in Madrid, March 29 to face Netherlands at Amsterdam, and on June 5 against Portugal to be held back again in Madrid.
